Using product knowledge to highlight your value as a trusted advisor

“There are many ways to explain insurance coverage to clients. An easy-to-understand presentation is a key factor for clients to make informed decisions without focusing only on premium payments. As insurance brokers, we have to provide clients with confidence in us as trusted advisors and in the insurance solutions that we provide.

In my session at BTU 2019, I would like show you how to demonstrate your value to your clients though insurance claim stories and product features. It is very important for brokers to master the insurance we provide to our clients. I will use Unica’s LivEasy, with its uniqueness, as an example to explain the importance of various features such as Single-Limit, Jewellery Limit, By-Law, Wine Coverage, Flexible Claim Options, etc. I invite you to review the product and help me conduct an interactive session at BTU 2019.”
