It’s been a long three years since our first BrokerTeam University in 2019 but we are back! BTU 2022 wrapped up before the end of summer at Kingbridge Centre in sunny King City, ON. We had a record 166 attendees from our affiliate brokerages, as well as out-of-town branch directors from Edmonton, Ottawa and Halifax! With an all new batch of speakers from IBAO, Aviva Canada, Intact Insurance and Wawanesa Insurance to experts within our own BrokerTeam Group family, this year’s line-up was engaging and thought provoking.

The theme of this year’s BrokerTeam University was to RE:connect, RE:fresh, and RE:imagine. We wanted our brokers and staff within BrokerTeam Group to take a day and reconnect with their colleagues, refresh their knowledge, and reimagine their day-to-day work through changes in technology and culture.
