BrokerTeam Group was proud to celebrate the 5th Anniversary of CSC Insurance—an important milestone that brought together long-time partners, team members, and friends of the community.

In his remarks, Founder Andy W. Leung reflected on BrokerTeam’s journey since 2005, growing from a single office into a network of branches and affiliated brokerages. Within this network, CSC stands out as a strong and independently led brokerage, contributing to the group’s continued growth while benefiting from BrokerTeam’s shared resources, partnerships, and platform.

CSC, which stands for Customer Service Centre, reflects the team’s core focus—putting clients first through dedicated service, strong relationships, and consistent support. This philosophy has been central to CSC’s success over the past five years.

Special recognition was given to partners Joanna and Shelley, whose decade-long journey within BrokerTeam—from frontline roles to Directors of CSC—embodies the organization’s culture of growth and opportunity. The event also honoured veteran team members who helped build CSC’s foundation.

More than a celebration, the anniversary was a moment to reflect on what truly drives success: the trust of clients, the support of partners, and the dedication of the team.
