Royle Leung

Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer of BrokerTeam Group, Royle brings over 27 years of experience in the insurance industry. In 2005, Royle co-founded BrokerTeam Insurance to service the new immigrant population in the GTA. BrokerTeam Insurance focused on turning these challenges that new immigrants face, like differences in language, culture and values, into advantages. With BrokerTeam Insurance quickly expanding to multiple branches and BrokerTeam Group expanding with new affiliate brokerages each year, Royle decided to step down as Principal Broker and President of BrokerTeam Insurance to focus his sights on developing leaders and organically building new brokerages with BrokerTeam Group.

Jessica Man

Chief Financial Officer & Chief operating officer

Jessica is a Chartered Professional Accountant and Chartered Business Valuator with 20 years of specialized knowledge and experience in accounting, business valuations, financial consulting, acquisitions, due diligence, and operation and infrastructure restructuring for financial services companies, insurance brokerages and the technology industry.

As CFO-COO, Jessica Man uses her skillsets in financial forecasting and analytics to develop strategic business models for BTG and their insurance affiliates. She is experienced in idea incubation, business planning and strategic executions. Her key functions include talent acquisitions for insurance brokerages and branches, setting up start-up companies, as well as managing insurance operations.

Lolita Wong

DIRECTOR OF BROKERAGE DEVELOPMENT

Lolita began her insurance career in 2001, and later joined BrokerTeam Insurance as office manager. In 2017, she became Senior Vice President of Begin Insurance, a digital insurance brokerage under BrokerTeam Group. Now as the Director Brokerage Development, Lolita brings her experience in both traditional and digital insurance models. With her in-depth knowledge in system setups, workflow efficiencies, underwriting know-how, and operation compliance, she is a valuable resource for our brokerages looking to scale sustainably.

Fiona Yeung

DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Fiona is a digital marketing specialist with over 15 years of experience in helping companies grow their brand online. She joined BrokerTeam Insurance in 2016, bringing her knowledge from retail and hospitality channels into the insurance sector. Her experience in online marketing and tech implementation helps brokerages explore new lead avenues and provide a better customer journey to their clients. Brokerages within BrokerTeam Group can draw upon her expertise in optimizing the leads-generation process, user experience, client reporting, and sales workflows in order to grow their books of business.
