Lolita Wong has joined BrokerTeam Group as the Director of Brokerage Development. Lolita will be responsible for ensuring BTG affiliated brokerages and branches can build upon a solid foundation that allows for exponential growth.

Lolita began her insurance career in 2001, and she later joined BrokerTeam Insurance Solutions as office manager. In 2017, she became Senior Vice President of Begin Insurance, a digital insurance brokerage under BrokerTeam Group.

With experience in both traditional and digital insurance models, Lolita has in-depth knowledge in system setups, workflow efficiencies, underwriting know-how, and operation compliance. BTG affiliates can draw upon this resource in order to build a brokerage that can bear sustainable expansion.

This new appointment will facilitate BTG’s strategic growth plans across Canada.
