The BT20 Gala was more than a celebration — it was a reflection of who we are and what we’ve built together over the past 20 years. From a small, close-knit team of just five dreamers to a vibrant family of nearly 900 staff and brokers, our journey has been defined by purpose, passion, and heart. 

At the heart of BrokerTeam’s success are our people — every staff member, broker, leader, partner, family member, and friend who has believed in our mission and grown with us. Together, we’ve proven that when a team shares one dream, there’s no limit to what we can achieve. 

Nearly 500 guests including our past, present, and future leaders, supporting partners, and dear friends of BrokerTeam joined us for a night of celebration. Thank you, everyone, for making this happen. Here’s to many more milestones ahead!
