We announced the creation of Begin Insurance through a merger between BTI Direct and IDEA Insurance at the beginning of the year but last Friday we finally got together to celebrate their grand opening. Both the Hamilton and Markham branches of Begin were together to welcome friends, family and partners to their new Markham offices.

Putting their clients first, the Begin team seamlessly continued to attend to their clients’ needs, all the while spending the past 7 months integrating their companies, systems and service & sales teams. It was great to see the BTI Direct and IDEA teams merge into one team that has truly become greater than the sum of its parts.
