Jessica Man joined BTG as CFO in 2018, using her experience in financial forecasting and analytics to develop strategic business models and opportunities for BTG and our affiliates.

Announced at the annual BTG Fall Forum in 2021, Jessica will now don a second hat of COO. Her key functions as COO will include idea incubation, business planning, and strategic execution. Experiencing the operational side of insurance and building partnerships with carriers will further enable Jessica to create innovative business opportunities. Jessica will continue to serve as CFO.

Jessica is a Chartered Professional Accountant and a Chartered Business Valuator with nearly 20 years of specialized knowledge and experience in accounting, business valuations, financial consulting, acquisition and divestiture, and litigation support in the insurance brokerage industry. Before joining BrokerTeam Group, Jessica was a Partner at CW Group, a leading independent audit, tax and advisory firm.

This new appointment will facilitate BTG’s strategic growth plans across Canada.
